This Week!
Hey everyone! I hope you all had a great week! My week was pretty
good! Filled with missionary work! That's basically all my week is
filled with! But it is a great time!
This week Elder Marsden and I continued our biking spree we have been
on! Still just looking for people that the Lord has been preparing! We
haven't had much luck with street contacting however. Their are two
different kinds of people on the street. People that want to be on the
street and people that have to be on the street. In the Palm Harbor
area.. There are a lot of people that have to be on the street. It is
times like these when I really wish we were still tracting! haha
Finding is a lot different! But it is good! It is how the Lord wants
us to be doing it so the Lord will help us do what we need to!
On Friday we had a super great youth activity! Invited pretty much all
of the youth to go over to the Bishop's house and Sister Glaus, the
bishop's wife, would show us all how to make sushi! (We obviously
talked to the Bishop and his wife beforehand.) The catch was, their
ticket in the door was a nonmember friend! We had a great turnout and
now are planning on working with three friends of the youth members!
It was really great!
We also had a really great District Meeting on Wednesday! Elder
Marsden was asked to do his training on fitness! So he said what
better to learn than to role play! It went really well! Elder Marsden
came up with a killer workout to do in the gym and then had Elder
Gross and I cook up some eggs following the workout and he trained on
dieting as well! It was really great except everyone's lungs were just
on fire! Everyone was coughing up their lungs! I think Elder Marsden
found great pleasure in that! ;)
The prayers that you have been saying are being answered! Sometimes
you are able to see the outcome and sometimes you aren't! But I know
that he answers them! I love and appreciate all of you and your
prayers! Keep them coming! Thank you and have a great Thanksgiving!
Live this week especially and think about all of the blessings that
you have been given that you are thankful for. Think of a way that you
can show more appreciation for that blessing.
I love you all!
