Well today is no longer P-day here in the MTC. It is now considered Laundry day because none of us got a P-Day last week we were all short on laundry so we made a song about "Laundry Day."
When I started in the MTC I was in a tripanionship or a threesome. Elder Bennett from Caldwell Idaho and Elder Fairbanks from Moses Lake Washington! It is pretty awesome! But there was another Elder that was supposed to go to England and he was unable to go because he didn't get his Visa yet so he paired up with Elder Fairbanks. I am the District 44B District Leader! So that's pretty cool!
First off.. I am loving the MTC. We get fed every three hours or so, and I haven't gained weight... At least thats what the scale says! But one hard thing about the MTC is that we sit in the classroom... For hours... By the end of the day, Elder Bennett can make a funny face and we will be on the floor rolling laughing! It is so hilarious because we are so tired!
We have two different investigators that we teach regularly and it is a lot easier to teach in a companionship rather than tripanionship! But we made it happen and it is really cool being able to see the different ways investigators can improve or they can go downhill pretty fast as well. One main thing our teachers stress is that we convert them to Christ and not convert them to us as missionaries! They make sure that we are learning how to forget about what we are thinking about and focus on what the spirit wants us to say.
Anyways.. I love the MTC! But I can't wait to get out of here!!!! So until next week in Florida.. This is Elder Terry!!
